The Bland team has been focused on improving our core product and user experience, but we've quietly shipped some features we think you're really going to love!
Check out what's new:
Background Noise is Live! #
This is going to be a popular one-- You can now add background noise to your calls!
Choose from three tracks: `office`, `cafe`, or `restaurant`. Simply pass in the `background_track` parameter when sending a call.
This feature is available for outbound calls, and we're working on adding it to the front-end dashboard!

Revamped Call Logs Page!#
We've enhanced our call logs with: Audio scrolling, pathway tag filtering, easy call ID copying, and more!
This should make your AI phone agent way easier to track and improve on.
Call log improvements
Variable Extraction Improvements!#
We’ve revamped our variable extraction system, improving performance by up to 4-5x! This one should make your users experience on calls way better.
Tool Showcase#
You are now able to easily copy and paste integrations into Salesforce, Hubspot, and Calendly directly into your pathways. More improvements will be made to our UX here in the coming weeks, but feel free to post your own for the community to use!
